Smoother shared playback and cleaner share viewer

Polishing the shared project experience — fewer flickers, cleaner titles, more reliable beat editing.

Image pipeline consolidated to Gemini

We removed the FAL-based angle pipeline and unified all image generation on Gemini for consistency and lower cost.

  • ImprovedAll seven image pipelines now run through Gemini (character, set, subject, scene, cinematic, edit, upscale)
  • ImprovedFaster cinematic 9-panel grid generation
  • FixedFAL.ai now reserved exclusively for video — fewer cross-provider failures

New video models: Seedance 2.0 and Wan 2.7

Two new video models join the lineup with reference-frame and end-frame controls.

  • NewSeedance 2.0 — supports reference image + audio guidance
  • NewWan 2.7 — replaces Wan 2.5, adds end-frame and reference support
  • ImprovedUpdated capabilities matrix for all 16 video models

Faster, more transparent project workspace

Performance and observability improvements to the editor.

  • ImprovedProjectProvider split into List/Data/Actions contexts — fewer re-renders on heavy projects
  • ImprovedAI usage events now log per-step costs across LLM, image, and video stages
  • FixedTier RPC now stays in sync with concurrent generation slots
